A MESSAGE FROM DIANA  ~ To my loyal friends and fans: Thank you for your support and love throughout the years.  I've been a little under the radar the past couple of years after the heartbreaking and unexpected passing of my Father, tending to family business. I'm now able to focus on the book I am writing titled "The Long Road Home" ~ a David vs. Goliath compelling and inspirational story of redemption and hope against all odds.  Those of you who have heard me speak, know the story and are waiting for the book, thank you.  Those of you who don't know the story, I look forward to sharing. I am working with an editor who is helping me develop the story and pulling things out of me, that, well,  I probably wouldn't have talked about on my own. So here we go.  Stay tuned!

President of C@W Diana Nagy, hosts and emcees this early morning 7:00am event presenting keynote speaker Harry Kraemer, former CEO of Baxter International Healthcare, Inc. who will share his insight that a key principle of successful value-based leadership is—silence! Realistic self-reflection is essential to successful leadership, and that requires silence.

Kraemer has the experience to prove it. He was the CEO of Baxter International Inc., a $9-billion global healthcare company. Today he is Professor of Management and Strategy at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, where he is one of its most popular lecturers, and a prominent practicing Catholic. He also is an executive partner of Madison Dearborn.  Kraemer will focus on the importance of values-based leadership. Turning the concept of leadership upside-down, Kraemer reasons that change and real leadership start at the bottom with each person, rather than at the top.

Kraemer wrote "From Values to Action:  The Four Principles of Values-Based Leadership" and "Becoming the Best: Build a World-Class Organization Through Values-Based Leadership." www.harrykraemer.org
